FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your price seems quite low—does that mean the quality of your service might be compromised?
Our prices are among the most competitive you’ll find, without compromising on the high quality of service we provide. As an online booking platform working directly with major tour operators in Egypt, we're able to offer excellent rates thanks to the high volume of tourists we serve. By booking with us, you get top-tier service at great value, cutting out the middlemen and avoiding unnecessary markups
  • Could you tell me more about the types of buses and shuttle services you offer?
The fleet includes a wide variety of vehicles, from cars and minivans to spacious, comfortable buses. Our vehicles are fully equipped for both short and long journeys, with air conditioning and safety features. For longer trips, we also provide buses with onboard restrooms. All vehicles undergo regular maintenance and cleaning, meet all required tourist permits, and drivers are thoroughly checked before every trip to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
  • What are the payment options, and when is the payment due for the tour?
We don’t require prepayment for group tours; payment is made on the bus or during the tour. Only private tours or those involving flight tickets may need advance payment. You can pay in cash (USD or EUR), or we can arrange other payment methods if needed.
  • Do you hold a valid tourist license?
Egypt has strict tourism regulations, requiring daily permits from the police and military for tours. For certain tours, like marine or private ones, we may need your passport details or voucher photos to secure permits. For most other excursions, permits are based on the number of participants, with no passport info required.
  • Are we covered by insurance during the tour?
Some hotel guides may claim that insurance doesn’t cover third-party tour organizers, but this is false. Your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, including with any tour company. Additionally, all transport (like buses or boats) must be fully insured to operate, and organizers are responsible for passenger coverage. Strict regulations and permits are required for every tour in Egypt.
  • How can I retrieve any personal items I may have lost during the tour?
We remind you to check your belongings when leaving the bus or boat at the end of the tour. If something is lost, it can be hard to recover, as vehicles often leave for cleaning right after. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee the item will be returned. Please be cautious!
  • What are the must-do things in Egypt?
Visit the Giza pyramids and see the Great Sphinx. Go snorkeling or diving in the Red Sea. Admire the sunrise on Mount Moses. Go to the Valley of the Kings in Luxor and visit Karnak. Get to know the culture and traditions of the Bedouins. Try the national cuisine. Ride quad bikes in the desert. Swim with dolphins in crystal clear water. Go on a cruise on the Nile. • How much money should I take to Egypt for 7 days?
For a comfortable week-long vacation in Egypt, excluding accommodation, it is enough to take $250 per person. The cheapest excursions cost from $5, lunch and dinner – from $10, souvenirs – from $1. If you have paid for accommodation and meals, then for a week you need to take with you at least $200 per person.
