Payment Methods

No Prepayment Required

We make booking your group excursion easy and stress-free—no prepayment necessary! You can pay for your excursion directly on the bus or during the tour. Prepayment may only be required in specific cases, such as:

For groups of 5 or more ($5 per person for certain programs).
Individual tours or excursions that involve booking plane tickets or completing special documentation.

For all other tours, simply pay on-site during the transfer or at the venue.

Convenient Payment Options

No need to worry about finding someone to handle payments for you. Our tour representative will guide you on-site regarding any necessary payments. You can pay in cash (U.S. dollars, euros, or Egyptian pounds—please note, we only accept bills issued after 2000).

For individual tours or those requiring flight bookings, prepayment can also be made directly to the organizer’s representative in cash.

Cashless Payment Options

For your convenience, we also offer cashless payment methods. You can transfer the prepayment or the full cost of your tour to the organizer’s bank cards in rubles, tenge, hryvnia, or euros, with a small service fee detailed on the main page of our website.

We also accept credit card payments and PayPal. We work with the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express. For more information, feel free to contact our booking department.

Refund Policy for Advance Payments

The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:

You paid in cash or via bank transfer, and the excursion was canceled due to the organizer's fault.
You cancel the tour more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

Please note, programs requiring flight tickets are an exception. In such cases, once the tickets are purchased, the advance payment cannot be refunded.

Refunds can be issued either in cash or to your bank card (in rubles) at the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed, or at the rate used on the day the payment was made.
