      Program №1

      (complete): Cleopatra SPA, total time approximately 3 hours. Price €20, children €13 

      • Steam room with dry steam, 10-15 minutes.
      • Sauna Hammam with wet steam, 10-15 minutes.
      • Jacuzzi and relaxation time, drinks (hibiscus tea, water), 15-20 minutes.
      • Peeling with a sac glove + foam-soap massage, 20-25 minutes.
      • Peeling with coconut flakes with wrapping + face mask (Cleopatra).
      • Relaxing full body massage, 45 minutes.
      • Transfer back to the hotel.

      Program №2: 

      Medical massage, total time 2.5 hours. Price €20, children €12 

      • Medical massage session 90 minutes.
      • Time for rest, drinks (hibiscus tea, water), 15-20 minutes.
      • Transfer back to the hotel.

      Program №3: 

      Turkish bath, total time approximately 2 hours. Price €15, children €10 

      • Steam room with dry steam, 10-15 minutes.
      • Peeling with a sac glove + foam-soap massage, 20-25 minutes.
      • Jacuzzi and time for relaxation, drinks (hibiscus tea, water), 15-20 minutes. 
      • Sauna Hammam with wet steam, 10-15 minutes.
      • Transfer back to the hotel.

      V.I.P. full program :

      total time approximately 3 hours. Price €40 per person. It is possible to organize program No. 1 with all items in a separate VIP room for two people. You are served fruit and an additional drink of your choice (carbonated, tea, coffee). Reservation of a room in advance is required. 

    • Return & Refund Policy

       The organizer will refund your advance payment in full if:

      You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, and the excursion did not take place due to the organizer’s fault.

      You cancelled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.

      The exception is programs that require plane tickets. In such cases, the organizer will not be able to refund the advance payment after the airline tickets have been purchased.

      The advance payment can be refunded in cash or to a bank card in rubles at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the advance payment was transferred to the bank card.

    • Do you hold a valid tourist license?
      Egypt has strict tourism regulations, requiring daily permits from the police and military for tours. For certain tours, like marine or private ones, we may need your passport details or voucher photos to secure permits. For most other excursions, permits are based on the number of participants, with no passport info required.
    • Are we covered by insurance during the tour?
      Some hotel guides may claim that insurance doesn’t cover third-party tour organizers, but this is false. Your travel insurance is valid throughout Egypt, including with any tour company. Additionally, all transport (like buses or boats) must be fully insured to operate, and organizers are responsible for passenger coverage. Strict regulations and permits are required for every tour in Egypt.
    • How can I retrieve any personal items I may have lost during the tour?
      We remind you to check your belongings when leaving the bus or boat at the end of the tour. If something is lost, it can be hard to recover, as vehicles often leave for cleaning right after. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee the item will be returned. Please be cautious!
    • What are the must-do things in Egypt?

      For a comfortable week-long vacation in Egypt, excluding accommodation, it is enough to take $250 per person. The cheapest excursions cost from $5, lunch and dinner – from $10, souvenirs – from $1. If you have paid for accommodation and meals, then for a week you need to take with you at least $200 per person.
