If your excursion is canceled due to an issue on the organizer’s end, or if you decide to cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment.

Some bookings may have stricter cancellation rules. For instance, excursions that require the purchase of flight tickets are often non-refundable once the tickets are issued. Please be aware that once the airline tickets are purchased, we will not be able to issue a refund for those.
