Refund Policy for Excursion Bookings

Thank you for choosing Tripify! We’re dedicated to providing you with amazing travel experiences tailored to your preferences. However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your excursion, this policy will help guide you through the process, including details about deadlines, potential fees, and any available refunds or credits.
 

  • Cancellation Deadlines

To help you plan ahead, we've outlined clear deadlines for cancellations based on the type of booking you made. Knowing these deadlines will allow you to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary charges.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled excursion time.
     

  • Refunds for Cancellations

If your excursion is canceled due to an issue on the organizer’s end, or if you decide to cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment.
 

  • Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings may have stricter cancellation rules. For instance, excursions that require the purchase of flight tickets are often non-refundable once the tickets are issued. Please be aware that once the airline tickets are purchased, we will not be able to issue a refund for those.

  • Tour Operator Fees: There may also be administrative fees charged by the tour operator for cancellations or itinerary changes, though these fees are usually refundable.
     

  • Modifying Your Booking

If your travel plans change but you’re not ready to cancel altogether, we offer some options to modify your booking. Here’s what you need to know about making changes:

  • Package Tours: If you need to adjust your travel dates or add optional activities, let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but keep in mind that availability may be limited, and changes could result in additional fees or adjustments to the overall cost of your tour.

  • Tour Date Changes: If you need to change the dates of your tour, this may be possible, depending on availability and any applicable change fees. Contact us to discuss the best options for your specific situation.

  • Optional Activities: Want to add or remove any optional activities? Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you make the changes. Additional charges may apply for added activities or excursions.
