To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, the legal age of majority in Egypt, and able to enter into binding agreements. If you're under 18, you’re not permitted to use the website or make transactions on it.
If we find that you are a minor or otherwise not legally able to enter into this Agreement, we reserve the right to block your access or terminate your membership.

BOOKING BY TRAVEL AGENTS
If you are a travel agent, tour operator, or business involved in reselling travel services, you are not allowed to use our website or app for commercial purposes unless you are a registered B2B partner, priority partner, or franchisee. Unauthorized commercial use will lead to immediate termination of your access.
All discounts and offers on our website are for legitimate individual bookings only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tripify acts as an intermediary, connecting you to third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies ("Service Providers"). Our role is limited to providing you with a verified booking. Any issues or problems you encounter with the services provided are the responsibility of the respective Service Providers, not Tripify.
We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided by Service Providers, including but not limited to schedules, pricing, and availability.
USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
As a user, you agree to read and understand all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other policies posted on our website or app.
If you’re booking for someone else, you are responsible for ensuring that the person understands and agrees to these terms.
By using our platform, you consent to receiving communications from us, whether via phone, email, or text, regarding your bookings or any updates about our services.
SECURITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You are responsible for keeping your account details (username, password, and other confidential information) secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at tripifytourcompany@gmail.com.
We take your security seriously and encrypt sensitive information like payment details. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security from breaches. In cases of fraud, the Company may need to verify your details, including checking your credit score.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
In addition to fees charged by the Service Providers, we may charge service fees or convenience fees. These fees will be clearly communicated before you complete your booking.
If there are any undercharges (due to errors or technical issues), we may request additional payment from you. If this occurs before your travel date, failure to pay the additional amount may result in the cancellation of your booking.
INSURANCE
It’s your responsibility to obtain travel insurance unless specifically included in your booking. If you purchase insurance through us, it will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party insurance provider. Tripify serves as a liaison between you and the insurer, and we are not responsible for handling claims or disputes.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies ("Force Majeure"), we are not liable for any disruptions in services. If we cannot fulfill your booking due to such circumstances, we will do our best to offer you an alternative or refund your payment, as allowed by the Service Provider.
ADVERTISEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party sites, but we are not responsible for their content. Clicking on these links is at your own risk. We do not endorse or control these sites, and we encourage you to verify any information provided by third-party advertisers.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You must provide accurate and truthful information when using our services. If we find that your information is misleading or false, we have the right to cancel your booking and take any necessary legal action.
We also reserve the right to cancel any bookings if required by law enforcement or other authorities.
